STAFFORD: In the following eleven volumes, is my appraisal report made in conformance with the contract dated June 20, 1969. The appraisal covers 185 parcels for various branches of the services listed below: The appraisal of the rental value of the various quarters is made as of July 30, 1969. Personal inspection was made of the subject properties and comparable properties during June and July of 1969. The appraisal is arranged by branch of service, base name and number, and building number on the base. The services are arranged in the following order: Army, Bachelor Officer Quarters, Air Force and Navy. The numbering system throughout the entire report will follow the same numerical order as shown under the summary of values on pages 2 through 8 in Volume 1.
