and at such hour and place, as the Board of Government may determine. At the first annual meeting after the adoption of this article there shall be chosen by ballot a President, two Vice-Presidents and six Directors. Two of the six Directors shall be chosen for a term of three years, two for a term of two years, and two for a term of one year; and thereafter, annually, two Directors shall be chosen by ballot for a term of three years. The President, or in his absence the senior Vice-President, shall preside at all meetings of the Association and of the Board of GovernThe officers chosen at the first meeting shall hold their offices until the next annual meeting, and until others shall be chosen in their stead. There shall also be a semi-annual meeting of the Association on the last Wednesday of October, in each and every year, or at such other time, and at such place and hour, as the Board of Government may appoint. Special meetings may be called by the Board of Government whenever they may deem it expedient, or upon the written application of any ten members made to the Secretary, provided notice is given to the members, as in other meetings. ment.
