Charter review, pursuant to a hearing on House Concurrent Resolution 206, held on July 17, 1975. Due to time constraints at the time of the hearing, as well as the complexity of the issues and new developments within the U.N. system, this report is being filed in lieu of reporting House Concurrent Resolution 206.
