ACT of the Government of New Zealand, to continue “ The

Chinese Immigrants Act Amendment Act, 1888.”* [No. 18.]

[September 16, 1889.] Be it enacted by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parlament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :

1. The short title of this Act is "The Chinese Immigrants Aet Amendment Act Continuance Act, 1889."

2. Section 12 of "The Chinese Immigrants Act Amendment Act, lexy," is hereby repealed, and the said Act shall continue in force until repealed by the General Assembly, except the said section.
