AS Honorary Secretary of the Manchester Chartered Accountants' Students' Society for five years, I heard frequent enquiries for a book on Executorship, which, while giving a brief summary of the principal points of the Law, was specially designed to assist a student in neatly setting out answers to such short questions on Accounts as are usually asked at the Examinations of the Institute. It is in the hope that it will answer this purpose that this little Handbook is submitted for the approval of the Students of the Profession. The examples given are such as have been, or may reasonably be expected to be, asked at the Examinations. I shall at all times be pleased to receive suggestions for future usefulness. ROGER N.
