Warrant for Commitment of Witness for refusing to be Sworn or to give

Evidence.

Therefore you are hereby commanded, in the name of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, you, the above-namel X. Y., to take the said E. F. and convey him safely to the above-named prison, and there deliver him to the keeper thereof, together with this warrant.

FORM 12.

Semnary Conviction for a Fine to be levied by Distress, and in default of a

sufficient Distress, Imprisonment ; or for a Fine, and in default of Payment, Imprisonment.
