Preamble.

In order to regulate the Frontiers between the Duchy of

[Boundaries.]

Brunswick and the Kingdom of Hanover, which are at several points disputed and doubtful, and thereby to prevent for the future the difficulties arising from the uncertainty, His Royal Highness the Duke of Brunswick has appointed his Chamber Director Godfrey Philip von Bülow, and His Majesty the King of Great Britain and Ireland, as King of Hanover, has appointed his Government Councillor, George Edward Heinichen, as their respective Commissioners, who have agreed upon the following stipulations:
