MEDICAL DEPARTMENT The hospital is divided into 16 wards and has a capacity for 474 patients. Quarters for convalescents provide for 345 and tubercular cottage for 40 patients. There are 4 assistant surgeons, 9 female trained nurses, and 33 male ward attendants. On June 30 there were 113 patients in hospital, 156 sick in quarters, and no members at sick call. There were 95 vacant beds in hospital on that date.
