The question as asked could require considerable amount of staff time to develop and would not be available for some time. This report includes fiscal year 1996 obligations for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) organizations for all appropriations and reimbursable funds. The fiscal year 1996 non-grant funds are dollars spent by NOAA organizations at the identified locations. The grant obligations are amounts awarded to the recipient identified.
