A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS a Convention between the United States of America and the Republic of Chile to aid in the prevention of the smuggling of alcoholic beverages into the United States was concluded and signed by their respective Plenipotentiaries at Washington on the twentyseventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, the original of wbich Convention, being in the English and Spanish languages, is word for word as follows:
