The Assembly shall have the power to fix a time limit within which the Committee shall be required to report back on the amendments referred to it. Article 22. 1. Any delegate may propose, in writing, the inclusion of other items on the agenda up to two weeks before the first public sitting of the session. Such a proposal shall be supported by the signatures of six or more members of the Assembly from at least two countries. 2. These proposals shall be considered by the Standing Committee and submitted to the Assembly. 3. Questions of urgency may be placed on the agenda at any time on the proposal of the Standing Committee.
