C.," of any change of address, stating specifically the form of address in which the publication has previously been received, as well as the new address. The Department should also be advised promptly when a publication is no longer desired. Persons receiving publications which are not desired, or for which they have only a temporary use, are requested to notify the Division of Publications, and franked mailing slips will be forwarded for their return. 2 |
