IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES, April 29, 1914. Resolved, That there be printed as a Senate document the message from the President of the United States, dated April twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and fourteen, transmitting a report of the Secretary of State in relation to the negotiation and application of certain treaties on the subject of an interoceanic canal; the message of the President of the United States, dated November sixteenth, nineteen hundred and three, with accompanying papers, included in House Document Numbered Eight, parts one and two, Fifty-eighth Congress, first session; the message of the President of the United States, dated December eighteenth, nineteen hundred and three, with accompanying papers, included in Senate Document Numbered Fifty-one, Fifty-eighth Congress, second session; and certain letters from Jose Vicente Concha, the Colombian minister, and other papers, included in House Document Numbered Six hundred and eleven, Fiftyseventh Congress, first session; together with correspondence relating to said protocol, and that one thousand additional copies be printed for the use of the Senate.
