WHE HEREAS it is expedient that provision should be made to enable superannuation allowances to be granted to medical officers of poor law unions in Ireland, and of dispensary districts of such unions, who become disabled, either by infirmity or age, to 5 discharge the duties of their offices: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 10 poor law com officers in cer 1.
