AN ACT to repeal an Act of the Sixty-second year of Her Majesty, and numbered eighteen, intituled "An Act to vest certain land at Coolgardie in the Municipality of Coolgardie, for a Mining Exhibition and other purposes." [Assented to, sth December, 1900.]

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

No. 18.

1. THE Act passed in the Sixty-second year of Her Majesty, and numbered eighteen, intituled "An Act to vest certain land Repeal of 62 Vict., at Coolgardie in the Municipality of Coolgardie, for a Mining Exhibition and other purposes," is hereby repealed.

Coolgardie Town Lot

Coolgardie Mining Exhibition.

2. THE land described in the Schedule of the said Act hereby 1911 revested in the repealed, to wit, Coolgardie Town Lot 1911, containing five acres three roods and eight perches, is hereby revested in Her Majesty as of her former estate, and the Registrar of Titles shall cancel the certificate of title of the said land, and shall call in the duplicate thereof, and the Council of the Municipality of Coolgardie shall See 60 Vict. 22, s. 6. deliver the same up to the Registrar of Titles, and the land, the subject of the said certificate, shall thereupon be removed from the operation of the Transfer of Land Act, 1893, and may be regranted by Her Majesty.

Loop Line of Railway from the Hannan's
Street Station, Kalgoorlie-Gnumballa Lake
Railway, to the Kamballie Station, on the
same Railway.

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Brown Hill Loop KalgoorlieGnumballa Lake Railway Act, 1900.

Short title.

2. IT shall be lawful to construct and maintain a line of railway from the Hannan's Street Station, on the Kalgoorlie-Gnumballa construct. Lake Railway, to the Kamballie Station, on the same Railway, with all necessary, proper, and usual works and conveniences in connection therewith, along the line described in the Schedule to this Act.

Deviation.

Brown Hill Loop, Kalgoorlie-Gumballa Lake Railway.

3. NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained in the Railways Act of 1878, it shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to deviate from the line as described in such Schedule to the extent of one mile on either side thereof.

SCHEDULE.

BROWN HILL LOOP, KALGOORLIE-GNUMBALLA LAKE

RAILWAY.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.

Commencing at a point at or near the Hannan's Street Station, on the Kalgoorlie-Gumballa Lake Railway, and proceeding thence in a generally SouthSouth-Easterly direction for about 4 miles, and terminating at a point at or near the Kamballie Station, on the Kalgoorlie-Gumballa Lake Railway, as more particularly delineated by a red line on Map marked P.W.D., W.A., 7119 deposited as provided for by 55° Victoriæ, No. 34, Section 10.

AN ACT to confirm a a Provisional Order authorising the Construction of Tramways in the Municipality of Leederville.

[Assented to, 5th December, 1900.]

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Leederville Tramways Act, 1900.

2. THE term "Local Authority." when used in this Act or in the Tramways Act, 1885, shall mean the council of any municipality declared and proclaimed or constituted under the provisions of the Municipal Institutions Act, 1895, or other board, council, trustees, or persons in whom a road, as defined by the Tramways Act, 1885, is vested, or who have the power to maintain or repair such road.

Short title.

Interpretation.

3. THE Provisional Order made by the Commissioner of Confirmation of ProRailways for Western Australia on the 10th day of October, 1900, visional Order. and set forth in the Schedule to this Act, is hereby confirmed.
