The following are copies of the Informations filed: As of Hilary Term in the Third year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Fourth, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith, and soforth, and in the year of our Lord, 1823. THE Right Honourable William Conyngham Plunket, Attorney General of our Lord the now King, who for our said Lord the King in this behalf prosecutes in his proper person, comes here into the Court of our said Lord the King, before the King himself, on the 20th day of January in this Term, and for our said Lord the King, gives the Court here to understand and be informed, that on the fourteenth day of December, in the third year of the Reign of our Lord the now King, and long before, at Hawkins'-street in the County of the City of Dublin, there was a certain Theatre, called the Theatre Royal, and that on the said fourteenth day of De |
