These Bulletins were first issued quar. terly but are now published six times a year. They contain a large variety of interesting and pertinent matter on the Social and Industrial Condition of the Workingman, together with leading articles on the Condition of Employment, Earnings, etc. The following numbers are the only ones now remain. ing in print and will be forwarded upon receipt of five cents each to cover the cost of postage.
