CHAP. 633.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Albert W. Jones.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert W. Jones, late second lieutenant Company B, Seventeenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Jackson, late of Company G, Ninth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eva A. Burgess, widow of William H. Burgess, late of Company F, Twelfth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

McCullough, late of Company 'F, One hundred and seventy-second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

CHAP. 637.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Rachel Large.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the

laws, the name of Rachel Large, widow of William Large, late of
Company H, Eighth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay
her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that
she is now receiving: Provided, That in the event of the death of
Thomas Large, helpless and dependent son of said William Large, the death of child.
additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine.

Hoge, late first lieutenant Company H, One hundred and tenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Folsom, late of Company D, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
