CHAP. 777.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Hamilton S.-Gillespie.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hamilton S. Gillespie, late captain Company B and lieutenant-colonel Fiftieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

laws, the name of Onne H. Ropka, late of Company M, Fourteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 22, 1904.

CHAP. 782.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to David C. Coleman.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United [Private, No. 717.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David C. Coleman, late of Company K, Fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, war with Mexico,. and lieutenant-colonel Eighth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension
