Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Orrin L. Mann, late lieutenant-colonel Thirty-ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Ogden, late commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 22, 1904.

Hall, late of Company C, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor children of said John W. Hall until they reach the age of 'sixteen years. Approved, March 22, 1904.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to David Tweed, of Miners Delight, Fremont County, State of Wyoming, the sum of three thousand five hundred dollars, as compensation for injuries received while guiding a soldier of the United States Army, who was carrying important dispatches, on or about the fourth day of January, eighteen hundred and seventy-five, from Fort Brown (now Fort Washakie), Wyoming, to Fort Stambaugh, Wyoming.
