Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United [Private, No. 882.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Minerva A. Pool, widow of Ira L. Pool, late of Company A, Thirty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: Provided, That in the event of the death of Myrtie B. Pool, helpless and dependent child of said Ira L. Pool, death of child.
