CHAP. 1834.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Clara M. Gihon.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clara M. Gihon, widow of Albert L. Gihon, late a medical director, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.

CHAP. 1835.-An Act To pay Hewlette A. Hall balance due for services in connection with the Paris Exposition.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Hewlette A. Hall, out of funds not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand five hundred and eighty-three dollars and thirty-five cents, being balance due of two thousand dollars promised the said Hewlette A. Hall for services in connection with the Paris Exposition

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie Colt McCook, widow of Alexander McDowell McCook, late major-general, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month.

Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha W. Cushing, widow of Harry C. Cushing, late captain Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Strohecker, late captain Company I, Fifty-seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United [Private, No. 1576.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert Hemenway, late of Company I, Seventh Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Totman, late of Company G, Sixty-first Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
