CHAP. 2103.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth E. Conatt. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth E. Conatt, widow of Harrison Conatt, late of Company H, Fourth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George S. Noland, late of Company G, Second Regiment South Carolina Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1904.

John, late of Company C, Seventy-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Hays, widow of Joseph H. Hays, late first lieutenant, Thirtieth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1904.

hospital steward Second Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Patrick J. Hynes until she reaches the age of sixteen years.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United [Private, No. 1845.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Calvin Hitt, late of Company I, Stevenson' regiment, New York Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Wood, late captain Company A, and first lieutenant Company F, Forty-ninth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
