That the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to appoint a committee to consist of ten Senators and fifteen Representatives of the Fifty-eighth Congress to attend the formal opening ceremonies referred to, and to represent the Congress of the United States on that occasion.

REPORT OF COMMISSION ON INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE.

Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That there be printed and bound in cloth ten thousand copies of the final report of the commission on International Exchange, together with the appendixes thereto, of which two thousand shall be for the use of the Senate, four thousand for the use of the House of Representatives; and four thousand for the use of the commission.

Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That Proceedings on ac- there be printed and bound of the proceedings in Congress upon the acceptance of the statue of the late Frances E. Willard, presented by the State of Illinois, sixteen thousand five hundred copies, of which five thousand shall be for the use of the Senate, ten thousand for the use of the House of Representatives, and the remaining one thousand five hundred shall be for the use and distribution by the governor of the State of Illinois; and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to have printed an engraving of said statue to accompany said proceedings. Said engraving to be paid for out of the appropriation for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That there be printed and bound of the proceedings in Congress, upon F. the exercises appropriate to the reception and acceptance from the State of Texas of the statues of Sam Houston and Stephen F. Austin, printed. sixteen thousand five hundred copies, of which five thousand copies shall be for the use of the Senate ten thousand copies for the use of the House of Representatives, five hundred copies for the use of the Senators from the State of Texas, and one thousand copies for the use of the Representatives from the State of Texas; and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to have printed an engraving of said statues to accompany said proceedings, said engraving to be paid for out of the appropriation for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
