PREFACE.

This supplementary digest covers the decisions of the Supreme Court of Oregon since Montague's Digest, as contained in volumes 72 to 90, inclusive, of the Oregon Reports.

In the present volume the title and analysis scheme of the original work have been closely followed, with such changes only as were rendered necessary by the addition of new matter, and the analysis lines of the original work for which there was no new material have been omitted or used for references only. References to Ruling Case Law and to the annotations of the series of selected cases have been inserted in proper order.
