MARRIAGE LICENCES --Copy of an Act passed by the Legislature of New Brunswick, in April, 1869, intituled: "An Act relating to Marriage Licences," and reserved for His Excellency the Governor General's pleasure;-Copies of any despatches from the Lieutenant Governors of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, since 1st July, 1867, on the subject of Marriage Laws of those Provinces, and of the powers of the Lieutenant Governors to issue such Licences, together with the opinions of the law officers of the Crown in the Provinces on those subjects;-Copy of the commission or instruction from the Crown granting to His Excellency the Governor General the power to grant Licences for the solemnization of matrimony in this Dominion, and copies of any deputation granted to His Honor Colonel Francis P.
