9 Février et du Réglement y annexé étaient à la charge de l'Espagne, et que la France a été dans le cas d'avancer depuis le ler de Décembre mil huit cent vingt-trois, pour les services qui, étant au compte du Gouvernement Espagnol, n'ont pas été remplis par lui. 7. La Convention du 9 Février, le Réglement qui y est annexé dans tout ce qui n'est pas modifié par les précédens Articles, ainsi que la Convention du 10 Février suivant relative au service des postes pour la correspondance de l'Armée Française, continueront à avoir leur plein et entier effet pendant la durée de la présente Convention. 8. La présente Convention sera ratifiéc, et les Ratifications seront échangées dans le plus bref délai. En foi de quoi les Plénipotentiaires soussignés, en vertu de leurs Pouvoirs respectifs, ont signé la présente Convention, et y ont apposé les Cachets de leurs Armes. El Convenio de 9 de Febrero y el Reglamento adjunto, como tambien el de 10 del mismo Febrero, relativo al servicio de la correspondencia del Ejército Frances, quedan en su fuerza y vigor mientras dure mientras dure el presente Convenio en todo lo que no esté modificado por los Artículos precedentes. 8. La presente Convenio será ratificado, y las Ratificaciones cangeadas en el término mas breve. En fe de lo cual los Plenipotenciarios respectivos han firmado el presente Convenio, y estampado el Sello de sus Armas. Fecho por duplicado en Madrid, á 30 de Junio de 1824.
